This session will provide support in feeling grounded and connected with yourself. I will teach you some practices that you can incorporate in your day to day.
In this hour, we will all get to know one another and follow that with a short meditation, writing exercise, and talk through some ways to support you.
As we learn to ride the ebbs and flows of life with ease, we move with more gratitude and intention - enhancing our relationships, connection with ourselves, and ultimately the decisions we make.
